欧洲联盟气候监测机构哥白尼气候变化服务局发布报告说，北极海冰覆盖范围在今年3月降至有记录以来同期最低水平，3月也是有记录以来全球气温第二高的3月。星期二（4月8日）发布的报告显示，今年3月的北极（Arctic）海冰覆盖面积跌至有卫星记录的47年以来同期最低水平，比历史上3月平均水平低6%；同时，由于北极海冰面积在3月达到年度最大值，刚刚过去的3月，北极海冰覆盖面积也是有记录以来最低的年度最大值。南极（Antarctic）海冰覆盖范围则在3月创下有记录以来的同期第四低，比3月平均水平低24%。新华社引…

The cloud-based messaging platform is also adding Anonymous Group Admins feature. As per Telegram, this feature is being introduced for safer protests. As per the Telegram blog post, users can “Toggle Remain Anonymous in Admin rights to enable Batman mode.
